Party time exhibition at Place des Arts

This exhibition revisits Pamphile Lemay’s Quebec tale, offering an immersive version of it. Visitors meander in the exhibition room of Place des Arts, and follow the love story of Catherine and Misael.

  • Every chapter is illustrated by a small scene of cut paper or shadow play, accompanied by a musical piece.

  • In the forest, the visitors can trigger the Werewolf animation to discover its identity.

  • The quality of poems composed so far demonstrates the great respect that Quebecers and Montrealers have for Place des Arts.

  • The music alternates between contemporary rhythms and traditional scores that remind rigadoons of days gone by. Several recordings actually come from exclusive archives of Radio-Canada.
